Excellent hotel, with air conditioning that made a lot of difference during our stay, as we went in the summer and it was very hot in Zurich. Be aware that some central hotels do not have air conditionin. It is a 10-minute walk from Bahnhofstrasse and a block away from restaurants and a market. The rooms are larges and the breakfast is amazing.

Even before arrival there was excellent communication with guest Managers to prepare certain items in the room. They were excellent rooms, very nice, clean, quiet and connected. This hotel has the friendliest staff I have seen so far. People are very professional and polite , always smiling and asking if we need anything extra. The location was amazing in the centre of Zurich , close to everything whether on foot or by tram. The room service was great and so was the food and service in both the restaurant and the lobby cafe.

My wife and I were struggling to get tickets to the Ed Shereen show and Sanjin not only assisted us t get the tickets but also made sure that we got the best seats at the show. Sanjin is really a gentleman and one of the best concierge that we have come across. We wish him very well as the Onyx and restaurant staff for their great service. W e will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Good English breakfast, even if the bacon and the sausages were not the expected British ones. Perfect position if you have meetings in the centre of the city or with banks. The stay was definitely perfect, even if the full city does not apply any anti-Covid measures. The hotel is almost safe (no double-checks in place).

This was one of our best hotel experiences. The room size is quite large, the staff are extremely warm and friendly, and the food excellent. Special thanks to Sami from concierge for giving us the best recommendations during our short stay.
